Returns window

You may request a return within 3 days of delivery if a product arrives damaged, expired, or incorrect.

Conditions

• The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
• Please keep the invoice or order number.
• Opened or used skincare products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless faulty.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method (or as a replacement) within 7 working days.
